Machine Characteristics:
- The machine will start to run 5 seconds after press the start button to insure the safety of the operators.
- The machine is controlled by centrel control unit which insures stable operation speed, no abnormal vibrating, no abnormal temperature or abnormal noise.
- Reasonable layout of the wires without power or signal connector uncovered.
- Fault self-detecting and alarm system makes the abnormal production information shown on the HMI to realize interactive operation.
- The sealing is tidy free of flash or sever wrinkles, the folding and gusseting is good.
- The film slitting and easy tear cutting is equipped with spring rotary cutter and drives by servo motor, it will not work without film.
- The film sending is controlled by servo motor and controller to locate the film pattern precisely.
- The machine will not pull film without tissues.
- The tissue contact parts are stainless steel (the tissue arranging part is food class PU belt)
- The machine is with high precision photoelectric sensors.
- The main machine speed is controlled by inverters to make speed adjustment freely.
